re-surfacing...

Things here have been so busy and I've been struggling to keep up.  I loose papers and forget Dr. appointments and school open houses.  Not my best start to a school year.  I think things are getting better so here are a few things that have been going on...

The last few years Gregg's boss give us tickets to a Clemson game.  This year he took 3 out of the 5 and even though our blood runs a little deeper orange the kids had a great time.

In case you hadn't heard...  Emma broke her arm.  She is very proud.

So maybe I shouldn't let them do stuff like this...

My Aunt gave us a new chair, so it was time to say goodbye to our long-time friend...the yellow chair.  Some of us had a harder time than others.  And I admit it was a little sad to see it go.  I grew up with that chair.

But it didn't take long for the new chair to find friends and a purpose here at it's new home.

It is well loved indeed!

And lately I've been waking up to this...  it's a little crowded, but most nights I don't even know they get in.  And I also know that it will not last...  they will, at some point, grow out of it and so for now I'm good with it.

Now I have to go try and find the paper for Claire's parent/teacher conferences that I seem to have miss-placed...

sigh...
